Simon Hill is an Australian nutritionist and qualified physiotherapist who hosts The Proof with Simon Hill, a long-form podcast featuring conversations with scientists and clinicians on nutrition, exercise, sleep, recovery, and longevity. He holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Deakin University and is the creator of theproof.com. In 2021 he published The Proof Is in the Plants with Penguin Random House. His work focuses on evidence-based approaches to preventive health, with particular attention to plant-predominant nutrition and cardiometabolic disease prevention.
