Gary Brecka is a self-described human biologist, biohacker, and longevity specialist who spent more than two decades working as a mortality researcher in the life insurance industry, analyzing blood and genetic markers to estimate lifespan. He later shifted his focus to preventive health, co-founding 10X Health System in 2021, a wellness and health-optimization company.
